Hi my name is Mark and i would like to introduce you to The Maina Project, but just before i do here’s a little bit about myself.
Full name: Mark Wahome Maina
I am a young advanced personal trainer, with experience in many different sports. I lived in California for 4 years and in playing football that is where I got the inspiration & motivation to train to be a personal trainer and help people reach their goals. I have experimented with different diets and I now know what to eat to sculpt my body to look however way I want it to look.
Early on in life I was mostly concerned with endurance training when I played basketball and American football, but now my passion is body building & fitness modelling. I aspire to look as aesthetically pleasing as possible and I can help YOU reach your goals too.
So what is The Maina Project and What makes it so special?
Well its a joint aim of myself and opling to provide users with a real life personal trainer (me) with real life examples. The reason we feel this is so special is simply because you will able to tailor proven work outs to work on you, not just that you will also be able to message Mark if you have any questions.
So what do we mean by this?
We are aiming to provide case studies and training techniques that will target users which have similar body types and lifestyles to see if what worked for them works for you.
